Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Contract Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in contract administration and commercial management.
• Hospital/healthcare project experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of SIA, REDAS, PSSCOC or FIDIC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration and commercial aspects of main and subcontract agreements.
• Review contract conditions, drawings, BOQ and other documents.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, notices and timelines.
• Handle variations, claims and EOT submissions.
• Prepare and evaluate contracts, notices and correspondence.
• Coordinate with project team, clients and subcontractors.
