Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a field-based Sales Executive in Singapore to grow our HORECA and foodservice business by winning new B2B customers and expanding existing accounts.

You will handle each sale from prospecting to payment, including quoting, negotiating and closing contracts. Based mainly in the field, you will visit customers, understand menus and kitchen needs, and drive revenue growth while ensuring on-time payments and strong product adoption across QSR chains,

Responsibilities

• Develop new business in HORECA and foodservice in Singapore
• Identify prospects via market research, cold calls, referrals and field visits
• Present products, conduct tastings, and convert prospects to first orders
• Manage and grow assigned accounts, visit regularly, learn customer menus and needs
• Propose products, pack sizes, and volumes to match customer requirements
• Grow accounts by introducing new products and securing repeat or contract orders
• Be the main contact for customers; resolve service, delivery and quality issues quickly
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions; negotiate pricing within margins
• Renew contracts and supply agreements; open new accounts with proper paperwork and terms
• Track revenue, margins, new accounts, and products per account against targets
• Maintain sales pipeline, visit logs, and weekly activity/forecast reports
• Monitor overdue invoices and coordinate with service, logistics and finance to ensure timely payments
• Share customer feedback and new product opportunities with Sales Manager and brand teams
