Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an experienced kitchen professional to plan weekly menus for three meals, assist in cooking and ingredient preparation, and ensure hotel-standard food presentation.

You will work with Cantonese and Teochew dishes, maintain hygiene and equipment, and assist in event planning for guests and family. Fluency or familiarity with Mandarin/Hokkien/Bahasa Indonesia is a plus; diploma and minimum 5 years' experience required; accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Tertiary Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin / Hokkien / Bahasa Indonesia will be added advantage.
• Willing to work in Singapore. Accommodation will be provided.
