Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant fields.
• 3–5 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in home automation, electrical, or lighting solutions is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, proposal development, quotation submission, negotiations and project finalization.
• Act as primary contact for assigned accounts and nurture long-term relationships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet targets.
• Coordinate with engineering/project teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Travel for client meetings and project discussions when required.
