Job summary

CapBridge is seeking a Business Development powerhouse to accelerate growth by connecting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients with curated opportunities across traditional and digital assets. You will bridge TradFi and Web3, leveraging CapBridge’s platform and integration with FOMO Pay's DPT capabilities.

Qualifications

• Hunter profile with sales experience in private banking/wealth management.
• Minimum 5 years in fundraising or asset management with US$100 million AUM.
• Existing network of HNW/UHNWI clients in Singapore and the region.
• Tech-savvy with CRM usage for onboarding and deal execution.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, team player in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Knowledge of investment products, insurance, wealth solutions and Web3.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Investor client acquisition for Corporate and Individual investors.
• Lead nurturing with investor leads.
• Relationship management with key stakeholders.
• Drive sales to meet revenue targets and manage pipelines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities.
