Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business; CFA/FRM or CMFAS a plus.
• 5+ years in business development dealing with HNWIs, private clients, or family offices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with wealth management products and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal KPIs related to new high-net-worth client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue targets.
• Actively prospect and engage potential clients from own connections and resources, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product pitches tailored to client needs.
• Promote brokerage products, equities, mutual funds, structured products, derivatives and private banking services.
• Conduct market and client research to identify potential sales and growth opportunities.
• Provide administrative support, including account openings, documentation, and compliance checks.
• Participate in client meetings, events, and roadshows to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (risk, operations, finance, compliance) to ensure smooth client journey.
