Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks an Operations Level 1 Operator to ensure smooth daily AMHS operations by monitoring systems, rectifying faults, and producing logs. You will monitor AMHS equipment, follow SOPs, troubleshoot basic faults, and coordinate with teams.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duty handovers and monthly reports are part of the role, with a focus on process improvement and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in system monitoring or operations is preferred.
• Ability to diagnose basic issues and document findings.
• Comfort with monitoring and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Summary

Operations Level 1 Operator ensures smooth daily AMHS operations by monitoring systems, performing fault rectification, maintaining operational efficiency, preparing log reports, and consolidating monthly performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AMHS systems and equipment to detect abnormalities and ensure operational continuity
• Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) to manage alerts and resolve first-level incidents promptly
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic system faults to restore normal operations within defined timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring or critical technical issues effectively
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Level 2 teams or appropriate personnel for resolution
• Maintain accurate and detailed operational log reports during each shift for record-keeping and analysis
• Consolidate and prepare monthly reports summarizing key operational metrics, fault trends, and resolutions
• Act as the primary contact during shifts for updates, escalations, and notifications to ensure seamless communication
• Ensure smooth handover of duties and information between shifts to maintain operational continuity
• Adhere to organizational and regulatory standards for system operations and fault management
• Participate in periodic reviews and audits of operational processes to maintain compliance and improve efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in system monitoring, operations, or technical troubleshooting is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to diagnose and resolve operational issues
• Proficiency in using monitoring and reporting tools to track system performance and generate reports
