Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks an Operations Level 1 Operator to ensure smooth daily AMHS operations by monitoring systems, rectifying faults, and producing logs. You will monitor AMHS equipment, follow SOPs, troubleshoot basic faults, and coordinate with teams.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duty handovers and monthly reports are part of the role, with a focus on process improvement and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in system monitoring or operations is preferred.
• Ability to diagnose basic issues and document findings.
• Comfort with monitoring and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AMHS systems to detect abnormalities and ensure continuity.
• Follow SOPs to manage alerts and resolve first-level incidents promptly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic faults to restore operations on time.
• Collaborate with teams to address recurring or critical issues.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 for resolution.
• Maintain accurate shift logs for records and analysis.
• Compile monthly reports on metrics, faults, and resolutions.
• Serve as primary shift contact for updates and escalations.
• Ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
• Adhere to standards for operations and fault management.
• Participate in periodic audits to improve efficiency.
