Responsibilities

• Provide procurement advisory and support to stakeholders in healthcare delivery and operations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFQ/RFP, contract renewals and approvals.
• Prepare procurement documents, evaluation reports and approval papers.
• Support contract renewals and procurement planning to ensure continuity of services.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor timelines and ensure procurement activities are completed in a timely manner.

Provide dedicated procurement support for business functionsthat enable healthcare delivery, patient flow, care ecosystem operations andbusiness services. The role is responsible for managing and supportingend-to-end procurement activities, including procurement planning, sourcing,quotation and tender processes, contract renewals, supplier management,governance approvals and procurement advisory.

The incumbent will work closely with business stakeholders,project teams and suppliers to ensure timely procurement support foroperational and project requirements, maintain continuity of critical servicesthrough proactive contract management and renewal planning, and ensurecompliance with procurement policies and governance requirements.

The role will also support procurement process improvements,vendor performance management, procurement reporting and strategic sourcinginitiatives to achieve operational efficiency and value-for-money outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide procurement advisory and support to businessstakeholders supporting healthcare delivery, patient flow, care ecosystemoperations and business initiatives.
