Job summary

Path Infotech Pte. Ltd. seeks a dedicated procurement professional to support healthcare delivery and related operations. The role covers procurement planning, sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, contract renewals, supplier management, governance approvals, and advisory services.

The incumbent will collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and continuity of critical services, while driving process improvements and value-for-money outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement processes across RFQ, RFP and contract renewals.
• Stakeholder management and governance/compliance.
• Ability to coordinate end-to-end procurement activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement advisory and support to stakeholders in healthcare delivery and operations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFQ/RFP, contract renewals and approvals.
• Prepare procurement documents, evaluation reports and approval papers.
• Support contract renewals and procurement planning to ensure continuity of services.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor timelines and ensure procurement activities are completed in a timely manner.
