Job summary

Sim is seeking a Programme Operations and Delivery Support to execute enrolment, system set-up, billing, student pass management, and maintenance of teaching platforms, ensuring timely and disruption-free delivery in Singapore.

You will coordinate with university partners, student leaders, academics and internal teams, prepare materials, communicate with prospects and alumni, and assist in scheduling, assessments, and programme reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma / 'A' Level with 3 - 5 years of working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Data analytical
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and presentation skills
• Team player with mature personality and positive attitude
• Resourceful, self-driven and independent

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate programme delivery activities including enrolment processes and system set-up.
• Coordinate with University Partners, student leaders, academics, and internal stakeholders to support programme delivery, including preparation of materials, communications, and coordination of activities to facilitate partner visits and events.
• Coordinate administrative activities across the student life cycle, including timely and nurturing communication with prospects, students and alumni, handling of feedback and complaints, and where applicable, coordination of intervention activities for at-risk students in collaboration with academic leads.
• Plan and schedule classes, resource allocation, and operational logistics to support smooth and efficient programme delivery in accordance with course requirements, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
• Support marketing and recruitment activities, including conducting briefings, coordinating events, and working with key stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new students. Maintain programme data and prepare reports and statistics for operational tracking and programme review purposes.
• Support programme reviews through data preparation and follow-through on required updates, including system set-up changes. Assist in process improvement and digitisation initiatives, including participation in testing and UAT of new systems prior to final execution.
