Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years teaching in a secondary school.
• Minimum 3 years academic operations management in a secondary school.
• Advanced proficiency in school information systems (SAMS, ManageBac).
• Experience with master scheduling software and credit tracking databases.
• Experience managing external examination logistics and compliance reporting.
• Data dashboards construction and student achievement trend analyses.
• Full safeguarding compliance.
