Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Administration, Data Systems/Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years teaching in a secondary school environment.
• Minimum 3 years academic operations management in a secondary school.
• Advanced proficiency in school information systems (SAMS, ManageBac), master scheduling software, and credit tracking databases.
• Hands-on experience managing external examination logistics, candidate registrations, and compliance reporting.
• Data dashboards, transcript reviews, and student achievement trend analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational, reporting, data, and analytical systems supporting the High School’s academic programs.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with Stamford’s pedagogical and leadership frameworks.
• Directly execute administrative operations for IB, AP, and BTEC programs.
• Oversee exam administration, candidate registrations, and compliance reporting.
• Develop data dashboards and conduct transcript reviews to track student achievement trends.
• Uphold Cognita safeguarding and child protection requirements.
