Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years desktop support experience at hedge fund or investment advisor
• Exceptional customer service with strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Experience supporting mobile devices and remote users
• Knowledge of PowerShell, scripting, automation, and SCCM is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide global end-user and desktop support across offices, remote, and executive leadership
• Support Office 365 applications and Windows 10 OS
• Manage Active Directory and Exchange Online
• Manage Citrix Cloud/Microsoft Azure VDA/VDI platforms
• Handle hardware (HP/Lenovo) and peripherals and mobile devices
• Support video conferencing systems and market data applications
• Log and monitor service tickets using JIRA Service Desk
• Assist with office moves, asset management, and onboarding/offboarding
