Job summary

MOH Holdings (Singapore) HealthTech Policy Division invites a policy professional to shape ICT and data policies for the public healthcare sector, ensuring PDPA alignment and strategic objectives. You will lead development, advise on policy, and support implementation across agencies.

Selected candidates join the Healthcare Legal Scheme (HLS) by MOH Holdings, with opportunities for public sector cross-deployment to broaden experience and deliver compliant, practical policy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, information technology, information systems, public health, legal or related field.
• Proven experience in ICT and data policy development and project management (min 4 years).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to support policy recommendations and writing.
• Ability to learn and apply new skills and ways of working.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review and enhancement of ICT and data policies, standards and guidelines.
• Oversee implementation and communication of ICT and data policies, standards and guidelines.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure policy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to align policies with strategic goals of the public healthcare sector.
• Foster collaboration to ensure policies and guidelines are practical and aligned with business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in policy development and implementation processes.
• Provide secretariat support to meeting forums.
