Job summary

The Ministry of Health in Singapore is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to join the Technology Strategy & Planning Division and shape Singapore's Digital Health future by turning strategic ideas into actionable plans that transform the healthcare system.

In a fast-paced, stakeholder-rich environment, you will develop forward-looking strategies, collaborate with internal agencies and healthcare providers, and monitor KPIs to drive measurable public-health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field such as health informatics, public health, public policy, business or information technology.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare, digital health or public sector policy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine Singapore's Digital Health strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
• Facilitate high-level Digital Health Forums with key stakeholders and government agencies.
• Build strategic partnerships across health and healthtech sectors and track KPIs to ensure outcomes.
