Job summary

Ministry of Health in Singapore is seeking a HealthTech Policy professional to shape ICT and data policies for the public healthcare sector. You will develop, advise on, and support policy implementation that aligns with PDPA and other legislation while coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

This role will lead policy development, guide standards, and ensure practical, policy-driven improvements across the Ministry.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in public administration, information technology, information systems, public health, legal, or a related field.
Proven experience in ICT and data policy development, project management and with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, review and enhancement of ICT and data policies, standards and guidelines.
Oversee the implementation and communication of ICT and data policies, standards and guidelines.
Engage and collaborate with relevant key stakeholders to gather feedback on policy needs and requirements. This includes proactively seeking feedback from users to ensure policy effectiveness
Collaborate with Senior Leadership to ensure policies support the overall strategic goals and outcomes of the public healthcare sector.
Foster collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure policies, standards and guidelines are practical and aligned with business, operational needs.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in policy development and implementation processes.
Provide secretariat support to meeting forums.
