We are hiring a Manager/ Senior Manager to join the Technology Strategy & Planning Division (TSPD) and play a key role in shaping Singapore's Digital Health future. Working at the intersection of technology, policy, and public health, you will contribute to the development of forward-looking strategies and translate them into actionable plans that drive meaningful transformation across our healthcare system.You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

Are you passionate about using technology and policy to improve lives? As a Manager/Senior Manager in the Ministry's Technology Strategy & Planning Division (TSPD), you will play a central role in shaping Singapore's Digital Health landscape — helping to anticipate emerging challenges, develop forward-looking strategies, and translate them into concrete plans that strengthen our healthcare system as care delivery continues to evolve.
At the core of this role is strategy development. You will contribute to the formulation and refinement of Singapore's Digital Health strategies, thinking ahead to where our healthcare system needs to be and building the roadmap to get there. This involves staying attuned to emerging trends and technologies, identifying gaps and opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem, and developing actionable plans and policy recommendations that drive meaningful and sustainable progress.
You will also support and facilitate high-level Digital Health Forums, where key stakeholders come together to discuss strategies, align priorities, and chart the direction for the sector. You will help shape the forward agenda for these forums, ensuring that the right issues are surfaced and addressed in a timely manner.
Equally important is your role as a collaborator and convenor. You will build and maintain strategic partnerships across the health and healthtech sectors, engage regularly with internal stakeholders, relevant government agencies, and healthcare providers, and work to align plans and resources in support of the Ministry's broader digital health ambitions. You will also track and report on key performance indicators to ensure that strategies are delivering the intended outcomes.
Digital health is one of the most impactful areas of healthcare transformation today. The strategies developed in this division will shape how millions of Singaporeans access and experience care in the years ahead.
