Synapxe invites motivated final-year diploma students to join as an intern in Singapore. You will gain hands-on experience supporting national healthcare transformation initiatives under MOH Health Finance Programme, and collaborate with stakeholders across the health ecosystem.

You will assist in requirements gathering, translating policy needs into system requirements, prepare documentation, track progress, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma student in a relevant field pursuing a final-year degree.
• Interest in project management, healthcare transformation, or public sector initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Support project activities across various phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Assist in analysing healthcare policy requirements and translating them into operational and system needs.
• Support stakeholder engagement and coordination with healthcare institutions, project teams, and vendors.
• Prepare project documentation, status updates, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items to support programme delivery.
• Participate in process improvement and policy implementation initiatives across the healthcare ecosystem.
