Qualifications

• Degree in Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Management or related field is advantageous.
• 5–8 years in strategic planning, resource management, or data-driven project management in healthcare.
• Experience in manpower/resource planning in healthcare is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; proficient in Excel with advanced formulas.

Responsabilités

• Demand Analysis & Service Forecasting to validate accommodation against growth targets.
• Manpower & Resource Planning with HR and Finance alignment to new care models.
• Budget Planning & Funding Submissions for infrastructure and new programmes.
• Project Tracking & Governance Support including dashboards and secretariat duties.
