Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore is seeking a dynamic professional to join the CEO’s Office to plan, design, and develop new patient-centric healthcare facilities for the TTSH Medical Tower under HealthCity Novena Masterplan Phase 2.

You will support Clinical and Operational Leads with resource planning, budgeting collaboration with HR/Finance and MOH/MOHH, and manage data collection, dashboards, and Secretariat duties for CEO-level committees.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; analytics or data-related fields give an advantage
• Healthcare sector or manpower/resource planning experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong writing and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient Excel with macros, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
• Meticulous with numbers and good time management

Responsabilidades

• Data collection and analysis to validate justifications and for resources, manpower forecasting and utilisation studies
• Project management and development of progress dashboards for committees to ensure timely follow up and closure of key action items
• Secretariat (as assigned) for meetings for CEO's office, Hospital Management Committees or with external stakeholders
• With guidance, preparing hospital level funding requests to authorities including the articulation of business proposals for services in the new Medical Tower
• Oversight and activity tracking of the various hospital management committees to ensure timely updates to the CEO
