Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in strategy, healthcare management, planning or consulting.
• Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape short- and long-term goals; research and analyze to support decisions and prepare leadership presentations.
• Set up KPIs and monitoring frameworks; turn data into insights and reports.
• Lead annual workplan cycles and coordinate senior management retreat.
• Oversee governance of capital investments and new clinical services units.
• Collaborate with clinical leads on strategies and support special projects.
