Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; with preference for those with a statistical or data analysis background
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Experience in strategic planning and corporate affairs for a large company with multiple business/service lines, with strong planning skills and budgeting knowledge
• Proficient in business intelligence and analytics platforms such as OBIEE, Tableau, and analytical software such as SPSS, SAS, Stata or R
• Self-motivated and proactive team player with excellent planning and organisational capabilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy management function through coordination of strategy development and corporate planning processes
• Oversee performance management and enterprise risk management initiatives
• Support organisational development efforts and governance processes across EGH and the cluster
• Provide strategic insights to senior management to inform planning and decision-making
• Strengthen organisational effectiveness in achieving EGH's strategic objectives
