• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning and development of short- and long-term corporate goals and plans.
• Develop strategic performance metrics and monitoring frameworks for organisational goals.
• Manage annual workplan cycle and senior management retreat planning and execution.
• Oversee governance of capital expenditure reviews and thematic units with policy updates.
• Collaborate with clinical leads to support clinical services strategy and pilot initiatives.
