Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preferred fields include Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications or related.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience with project leadership, operations management or cross-functional initiatives.
• Healthcare industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong business, analytical and financial acumen with data analysis and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Access, Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the development and implementation of strategic business plans to grow the company’s healthcare services.
• Support tenders, including preparing proposals, costing and service delivery plans with Finance and leads.
• Collaborate with team leads to develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Monitor performance and identify improvements; recommend actions.
• Lead and participate in business, operational and improvement projects.
• Prepare reports to support planning and management decisions.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support objectives.
• Plan and facilitate meetings and discussions with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
