• Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day care and support provided to residents in accordance with the Home's policies and procedures.
• Plan, organise and implement suitable programmes and activities to promote residents' well-being, engagement and quality of life.
• Conduct regular resident interviews and maintain accurate monthly interview records and documentation.
• Monitor the condition and proper maintenance of the Home's equipment and report any defects or maintenance requirements to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and general upkeep of the Home's premises.
