Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
• Provide accurate information and support for patient-related enquiries.
• Handle and follow up on customer feedback professionally.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve enquiries and service requests.
• Ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems and maintain records.
• Follow SOPs and escalation protocols, including emergency cases.
• Handle emergency activation and follow established communications protocols.
• Participate in training, assessments, and audits.
• Maintain service quality standards per organisational requirements.
