Job summary

National University Hospital (NUH) in Singapore offers a 6-month full-time internship to gain hands-on exposure to hospital administration: operations, HR, communications and quality improvement. The role spans planning, analytics, dashboard development and stakeholder coordination to support patient care.

You will engage in data management, reporting automation, and governance activities while learning about wellbeing and survivorship programmes within a tertiary cancer centre.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or diploma in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Meticulous and attentive to detail.
• Interest in healthcare service improvement and patient engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with dashboards, data visualisation or SharePoint is advantageous.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work independently or in teams in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of wellbeing and survivorship initiatives.
• Develop and automate dashboards for programme monitoring.
• Design and analyse patient surveys and feedback.
• Assist with data cleaning and governance of data repositories.
• Coordinate programme communications and EDMs.
