Qualifications

• Meticulous and organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with online tools such as Zoom, For.sg, Form.sg and Plumber is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal departments and external partners to plan webinars, events, and campaigns.
• Provide on-site and virtual technical support during webinars (e.g., Zoom setup, troubleshooting, breakout rooms, polls).
• Create digital and print publicity materials aligned with NUH branding and health communication standards.
• Coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site events, including registrations and equipment setup.
• Maintain participant records and support monthly/quarterly reports for internal updates.
