Job summary

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development within a healthcare environment.
• Understand how training and leadership programmes are planned, implemented and evaluated.
• Develop project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Analyse participant feedback, survey results and focus group discussions to generate insights.
• Support end-to-end implementation of L&D programmes and sponsorship administration.
• Assist with reporting, documentation and training outcome metrics.
