You will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, handling enquiries, appointment requests, and general service-related support with confidence and professionalism.

You will manage a high-volume call environment across multiple systems, ensuring accurate information and a positive patient experience while maintaining composure under pressure.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or healthcare support is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient-focused and empathetic when dealing with customers.
• Able to stay composed and professional in a high-volume environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple systems while communicating with customers.
• Fast learner of new processes, systems and procedures.
• Experience in a desk-based contact centre with around 200 calls per day.
• Typing assessment will be part of recruitment.

Help patients access the support they need! We are looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to join a fast-paced healthcare support team. You will play an important role as a first point of contact for patients and customers, assisting with enquiries, appointment requests, and general service-related support. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of patient and customer enquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, requests, and general service enquiries.
• Provide clear, accurate, and courteous information while creating a positive customer experience.
• Identify customer needs by listening carefully and provide suitable assistance or elevate when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on enquiries and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Handle sensitive, urgent, or challenging conversations with patience and professionalism.
• Work across multiple platforms and systems while maintaining accuracy during customer interactions.
• Follow established procedures and adapt quickly when workflows, systems, or service requirements change.
• Support team initiatives aimed at improving service quality and the overall patient experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support, contact centres, or similar environments is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with good telephone etiquette.
• Patient-focused, approachable, and empathetic when dealing with different types of customers.
• Able to stay composed and professional in a demanding, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable managing several systems or applications while communicating with customers.
• Quick to learn new processes, systems, and service procedures.
• Comfortable working in a desk-based contact centre environment with approximately 200 calls per day.
• Willing to complete a typing assessment as part of the recruitment process.
