Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, Master's Degree is advantageous.
• Proven experience in healthcare administration, partnership development, or non-profit management.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore non-profit sector and local charity landscape.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Alignment with Tzu-Chi Foundation’s mission, values, and principles.
• Familiarity with palliative care or community health programmes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in monitoring healthcare programme performance, budgets and compliance.
• Work closely with the Head of Medical Services to ensure operational efficiency.
• Build strategic partnerships to support healthcare initiatives.
• Collaborate with fundraising teams to secure resources.
• Provide guidance to project teams on healthcare initiatives.
