Job summary

SINGAPORE HEALTH SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Manager (Projects and Operations) to oversee the end-to-end OpTech project lifecycle across KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. You will ensure governance and security compliance, manage vendors and contracts, and drive operational readiness.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technology solutions that support clinical and operational excellence in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in project management, IT infrastructure, operations, or systems service delivery.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, risk management, and operational technology environments.
• Experience in vendor, contract, and stakeholder management.
• Strong planning, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional certifications such as CITPM, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare or public-sector IT environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of OpTech projects, from procurement and implementation to maintenance and technology refresh.
• Ensure compliance with governance and security requirements.
• Manage vendors and contracts, support operational readiness.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
