Job summary

KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Singapore seeks a Manager (Projects and Operations) to lead the Operational Technology (OpTech) program, delivering MDOTS and related systems to support clinical and operational excellence.

You will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles—from procurement to maintenance and technology refresh—ensuring governance, security, and effective vendor and stakeholder management across SingHealth.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in project management, IT infrastructure, operations, or systems service delivery.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, risk management, and operational technology environments.
• Experience in vendor, contract, and stakeholder management.
• Strong planning, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional certifications such as CITPM, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare or public-sector IT environments is an advantage.

The Operational Technology (OpTech) team supports Medical Device Operational Technology Systems (MDOTS) and related systems across SingHealth. As healthcare continues to embrace digitalisation, AI, robotics and connected technologies, you will play a key role in delivering and managing technology solutions that support clinical and operational excellence.
