Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior procurement professional to oversee the end-to-end sourcing of medical and non-medical supplies for a healthcare-focused operation in Singapore. You will drive procurement strategies, manage supplier performance, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

This role collaborates with nursing, finance, and operations to optimize inventory, forecast demand, and deliver cost savings while maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• At least 7 years of healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and sourcing of medical and non-medical supplies.
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, and demand forecasting.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, pricing, and vendor performance.
• Ensure procurement complies with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Manage procurement budgets, spending, reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with nursing, finance, administration, and operations teams.
• Oversee front office operations, including calls, visitors, and staff competency.
• Coordinate residents' medical transport arrangements.
• Support emergency procurement, special projects, contract management, and business development initiatives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
