Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to manage medical and non-medical supplies, oversee inventory and demand forecasting, and optimize vendor performance. You will work with nursing, finance, administration, and operations to ensure compliant, cost-effective purchasing.

The role requires 4+ years in healthcare procurement, a Diploma in HR or equivalent, and strong coordination skills to support front office and transport coordination activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and sourcing in healthcare settings.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with nursing, finance, admin and operations teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Procure medical and non-medical supplies and manage stock levels.
• Oversee inventory, demand forecasting and stock control.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, pricing and vendor performance.
• Ensure procurement complies with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Manage procurement budgets, spending, reporting and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with nursing, finance, administration, and operations teams.
• Oversee front office operations, including calls, visitors, and staff competency.
• Coordinate residents' medical transport arrangements.
• Support emergency procurement, special projects, contract management and business development initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
