Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing procurement, sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics operations of the Company
• Developing and implementing procurement and supply chain strategies to ensure cost efficiency, operational resilience, and business continuity
• Identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and managing suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics service providers
• Driving procurement cost optimisation, inventory control, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Monitoring inventory planning, stock replenishment, warehousing, and fulfilment operations to ensure adequate stock availability and minimise supply disruptions
• Establishing procurement governance, approval controls, and vendor performance monitoring frameworks
• Leading participation in public and private healthcare tenders, quotations, and institutional procurement opportunities
• Supporting the expansion of the Company’s presence in public healthcare institutions, private hospitals, nursing homes, dialysis centres, and healthcare-related sectors
• Managing key customer accounts, strategic stakeholders, and institutional relationships
• Identifying new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
• Supporting the introduction and commercialisation of new products, services, or healthcare solutions
• Leading and managing procurement, logistics, sales support, and operational teams
• Reviewing operational workflows and implementing process improvement initiatives
• Monitoring operational KPIs, service standards, and departmental performance
• Ensuring compliance with Company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable healthcare industry standards
• Preparing operational, procurement, and business performance reports for Management
• Handling and/or supporting operational execution matters, including but not limited to inventory management, stock movement coordination, AutoCount system entries, tender submission preparation, supplier and logistics coordination, delivery fulfillment support, pricing negotiations, and operational coordination with healthcare institutions, tender teams, ALPS, and related operational stakeholders
• Supporting strategic initiatives and projects as directed by the Company
• Undertaking such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time
