Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing of medical and non-medical supplies in a healthcare setting. You will manage supplier contracts, monitor pricing, and drive vendor performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include inventory control, demand forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You will coordinate with nursing, finance, administration, and operations, and support front office and transport coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• Healthcare experience of 7+ years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and sourcing of medical and non-medical supplies.
• Oversee supplier relationships, contracts, pricing, and vendor performance.
• Control inventory levels, stock management, and demand forecasting.
• Ensure procurement complies with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Manage procurement budgets, spending, reporting and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with nursing, finance, administration and operations teams.
• Coordinate residents' medical transport arrangements; oversee front office operations.
