Job summary

Aber Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior procurement professional in Singapore to oversee procurement of medical and non-medical supplies, maintain optimal inventory, and manage supplier contracts and pricing.

You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and lead cost-saving initiatives. The role requires at least 7 years of healthcare procurement experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and ability to coordinate with nursing, finance, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor in Human Resource.
• Have relevant experience in healthcare for at least 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Procure medical and non-medical supplies.
• Maintain inventory levels and demand forecasting.
• Manage supplier contracts, pricing, and performance.
• Ensure procurement complies with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Manage procurement budgets, reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with nursing, finance, administration, and operations teams.
• Oversee front office operations, including calls, visitors, and staff competency.
• Coordinate residents' medical transport arrangements.
• Support emergency procurement, special projects, contract management, and business development initiatives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
