Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a capable administrator to support diet management, meal coordination, and data upkeep for daily food production. You will handle inquiries, follow up on issues, and ensure accurate meal information is distributed to relevant teams.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Food Science or Nutrition with at least 2 years in admin or inventory roles, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition, or related discipline preferred.
• At least 2 years of administrative, food services, operations, or inventory management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyse operational data and maintain accurate records.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage diet administration processes and coordinate patient meal-related matters.
• Handle enquiries, telephone calls, feedback, and stakeholder communication with timely follow-up and resolution.
• Collate, maintain, and update meal-related data for daily production and reporting.
• Generate meal summaries and orders using electronic systems to support operations.
• Prepare and distribute patient meal information to support meal service operations.
• Maintain records of events, feedback and corrective actions.
