NHG Health in Singapore is seeking a Food & Beverage Services Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate inpatient meal delivery, supporting recovery and comfort with care.

You will coordinate orders for private and special diets, work closely with nursing and kitchen teams, address patient feedback, and participate in on-the-job training. The role requires a 5-day work week with rotating off days and shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and ensure the smooth daily delivery of inpatient meals and support in‑house hospital events.
• Take and compile meal orders for private and special-diet patients.
• Pay close attention to dietary requirements and ensure meals are dispatched accurately and on time to wards.
• Attend to and resolve patient meal-related feedback or complaints with professionalism and care.
• Compile patient feedback and insights for management review.
• Work closely with nursing staff, kitchen teams, and service partners.
• Training will be provided.
