Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, or Nitec qualification.
• 5-7 years of supervisory experience in hospital, upscale hotel, restaurant, or high-volume food service.
• Basic Food Hygiene certification.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Familiarity with electronic meal ordering systems advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a cold-room environment (4°C to 18°C).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal orders, generate meal summaries, and manage catering requests to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Attend to patient meal enquiries and feedback professionally, providing timely assistance and follow-up.
• Monitor and record food safety control points, including temperatures, and report deviations for corrective action.
• Perform meal verification checks by cross-checking meals against orders before loading onto trolleys.
• Uphold standards in food hygiene, Halal compliance, CCPs, and workplace safety.
• Report equipment faults, maintenance requirements, and operational issues promptly.
• Ensure food prep and meal assembly areas are clean, organized, and maintained after each session.
• Work with team members and supervisors to ensure accurate meal distribution and efficient operations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
