Qualifications

• Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in healthcare setting.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative at work.
• Able to resonate with colleagues of all levels (e.g. linen health attendants, department head).
• Good analytical and organisational skills for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and execution of hospitality service contracts.
• Collaborate with service partners to strengthen service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Identify service risks, gaps or performance issues and implement timely corrective actions.
• Implement initiatives that enhance service quality, operational efficiency and resource utilisation.
• Manage onsite vendors' staff.
• Supervise in-house linen attendants.
• Manage linen inventory.
• Verify vendors' documentation (e.g., KPI reports, invoices, FTE).
• Conduct random ground inspections on linen delivered to wards/clinics.
• Prompt follow up on inter-department feedback or requests.
