Job summary

Epic is seeking Implementation Project Managers for its integrated healthcare software suite in Singapore. You will coordinate the implementation and configuration at customer locations, working with customers and Epic’s internal project management team to ensure successful go-lives.

Responsibilities include guiding customer teams through build, system testing, end-user training and adoption, and monitoring project timelines and milestones to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major.
• 1+ years of Epic software implementation experience as an Application Project Manager or similar role, including go-live.
• Pass Epic’s standard pre-hire assessment test.
• Hold appropriate Epic software application certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and configuration of Epic software at customer locations.
• Work closely with customers and Epic’s internal project management team.
• Guide customers through build, system testing, end-user training and adoption.
• Monitor project timelines and key milestones within areas of ownership.
