Job summary

NCS, a leading technology services firm, seeks an experienced Epic Business Analyst to support the rollout of Epic in Singapore hospitals. You will lead the Epic platform build, configurations, testing, and ongoing enhancements to meet clinical and operational needs.

Collaborating with clinicians, IT teams, and external partners, you will translate requirements into functional Epic workflows, manage changes, monitor adoption, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced

Qualifications

3+ years as a Business Analyst or Consultant in healthcare IT.
Holds a current Epic certification; Ambulatory/Healthy Planet/MyChart preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead setup and ongoing enhancement of the Epic platform for Singapore hospitals.
Translate business requirements into Epic module configurations and workflows.
Support full lifecycle activities for Epic initiatives including new implementations and upgrades.
Conduct comprehensive system testing, identify defects, and optimize performance.
Coordinate change management and engage cross-functional stakeholders.
Monitor system performance and user adoption to identify improvements.
Maintain documentation of configurations and workflows.
Serve as primary contact between technical teams, users, and partners.
Provide user support and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Establish access controls and security measures.
Recommend system improvements to improve usability.
Stay updated with Epic releases and healthcare IT developments.
