Job summary

EPIC HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to oversee the deployment of Epic's integrated healthcare software at client sites. You will work with clients and Epic's PM team to coordinate configuration, builds, testing, user training and adoption.

You will monitor timelines and milestones, guide customer counterparts through go-live, and ensure successful implementation from build to go-live across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any major.
• 2+ years of Epic software implementation experience as an Application Project Manager or similar role.
• Pass Epic's standard pre-hire assessment and hold Epic certification.

Responsibilities

We are looking for Senior Implementation Project Managers for Epic's software in connection with the implementation of Epic's integrated suite of healthcare software for its customer in Singapore. The duties will include working closely with Epic's customer(s) and Epic's internal project management team to coordinate the implementation and configuration of the Epic software at customer location(s). This may include guiding customer counterparts through their build, system testing, end-user training, end-user adoption, and other implementation-related activities. They will monitor project timelines and key milestones within their areas of ownership.

Job requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any major)
• 2+ years of Epic software implementation experience as an Application Project Manager, Application Manager or Application Coordinator, including experience through at least one software go-live
• Pass Epic's standard pre-hire assessment test for the role
• Hold appropriate Epic software application certification
