Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager (Partnership Implementation Lead) to oversee Epic Application Project Management and deliver major NGEMR-Epic programmes across the NHG Group Health Informatics portfolio.

The role ensures alignment with NHG's vision, drives value through improved patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance, and leads cross-functional teams including clinicians and IT leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management of Epic Applications modules (Beaker, Radiant, Cupid, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of clinical informatics projects.
• Prioritise projects based on strategic importance, resource availability, and potential impact.
• Coordinate with clinical and IT teams to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication among clinicians, IT staff and executive leadership.
• Ensure projects are executed within defined scope, timeline and budget.
• Engage with clinical staff to understand needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create SOPs and standardised processes for portfolio management.
• Develop visual management to track progress and identify bottlenecks.
