Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks a Manager (Informatics & Operations | Healthcare) to lead planning, upgrades, and implementation of clinical IT systems in collaboration with users and vendors.

You will manage IT workplans, procurement, and project execution, oversee informatics initiatives for new campus development and ongoing system support, and coordinate data/reporting needs with a focus on security and interoperability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in informatics, systems support, or healthcare IT.
• Experience with EPIC systems is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, DICOM/HL7, LAN/WAN networks, and cybersecurity standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, procurements, and budgets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor contracts and ensure SOPs and audit compliance.
• Recommend and implement digital or AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Support tracking of performance indicators and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional informatics projects.

Responsibilities:

Primary (80%)

• Lead planning, upgrades, and implementation of clinical IT systems in coordination with users and vendors.
• Manage annual IT workplans, procurement processes, and project execution.
• Oversee informatics-related initiatives for new campus development and ongoing systems support.
• Act as Credential Trainer and provide onboarding for clinical system users.
• Review and manage system change requests, troubleshoot issues, and implement configuration changes.
• Ensure secure and seamless integration across internal and external systems.
• Drive system enhancements, including cloud adoption and workflow automation.
• Administer departmental IT assets and coordinate data/reporting needs.
• Maintain vendor contracts and ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.

Secondary (20%)

• Recommend and implement digital or AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Support tracking of performance indicators and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional and inter-institutional informatics projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in informatics, systems support, or healthcare IT.
• Experience with EPIC systems is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of:
