Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Analyst (Cybersecurity | Healthcare) on a 2-year contract. You will manage change requests, monitor lab systems, and support patch management.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Information Technology with strong MS Office skills, a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, and an interest in cybersecurity. Healthcare or lab experience is a plus; you must be adaptable, proactive, and able to multitask.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
• Strong IT knowledge including Windows, applications, and infrastructure
• Awareness of cybersecurity and system maintenance practices
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in following up on tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage and track IT-reviewed change requests; update requestors on deployment timelines.
• Compile and submit lab workload statistic reports.
• Periodically monitor and review interface error queues.
• Attain Beaker Analyst certification to support lab systems.
• Process simple change requests and assist with system implementation activities.
• Prepare quarterly vulnerability scan reports and support remediation for virtual servers.
• Verify in-house application functionality after patching or maintenance.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams on unplanned patching or maintenance.
