Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in interior fit-out, A&A, or healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms and SIA/PSSCOC.
• Must be able to coordinate with site teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities.
• Conduct subcontractor sourcing and price negotiations.
• Manage progress claims, interim valuations, and final accounts.
• Monitor and control project budgets and cost forecasting.
• Support Project Managers on site measurements and cost reconciliation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
